FUEL CONDITIONING

  • Lower Emissions
  • More Power
  • Better MPG
  • Suitable For Petrol Diesel and LPG
  • Simple to Fit
  • Extremely Robust
  • Easily Transferable
  • Environmentally Friendly
  • Extend the Life of Catalytic Convertors

NoiseKiller Emag is a revolutionary fuel conditioning unit that works by the use of three powerful magnets firmly contained in a robust stainless steel holder. Each magnet is magnetised across its long face and is carefully calibrated and positioned to focus the strong magnetic field created towards the centre of the unit. The stainless steel holders also ensure that very little of the powerful magnetic field is lost outside the unit.

How is it fitted?

The Emag is clamped across the fuel pipe as close as possible to the point at which the fuel is introduced into the engine. On diesel engines it should be close to the pump, on petrol engines near to the carburettor or injection unit and on LPG powered VEICOLI close to the distribution unit.

THE FUEL PIPE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CUT.

The E Mag unit is clamped across the pipe externally and held in position by strong cable ties. Installation is carried out easily.

How does it work?

Fuel is fossil based and contains elements, which can be magnetised. This breaks down the elements into smaller particles giving a better mixture of fuel and oxygen and hence more efficient combustion.

Benefits

The extra power created by breaking down the elements gives better engine performance and better MPG. As an added bonus the emissions are greatly reduced (over 35% reduction in most cases) and this can be readily checked at the exhaust.
The fitting of an Emag produces better and smoother engine running reduced maintenance (due to better and more complete burning) a reduction in deposits and cleaner oil leading to an improvement in engine life. For petrol engines this means an extended life for costly catalytic converters. Diesel engines benefit from a reduction in black smoke and PM 10 particulate emissions. Gas powered engines (and DOMESTICHE boilers) benefit by a hotter burn at the point of combustion that can lead to a saving in fuel of up to 15%

The results of fitting an Emag unit on a diesel engine can be seen within minutes of fitting. Emissions reduce immediately the conditioned fuel is used and this can be readily confirmed with a smoke test meter (As performed during MOT testing)
On petrol engines the results take a little longer to become apparent. The immediate impressions are that the engine is running smoother and is more responsive, however at least 2,000 miles of driving are required for the full benefit to be felt. This is due to the wax build up in the carburettor or injection system the Emag needing time to break down these deposits to give maximum efficiency.

Below are actual figures taken from a calibrated MOT smoke test meter.
