Last week I bought a half-sheet of your excellent lead sandwich, which works a treat in the engine compartment of my boat. Now I would like to ask if you make any very thin material to line the underside of the boat's floorboards (has to be thin as there is carpet on top). Any guidance gratefully received.

Excellent, thanks Grant. We have an old bank safety deposit box (not looted, my father in law worked in a bank!)

I'll put the wallets in that and the box in a metal filing cabinet, that should do it.

I fear the national extinguish time may be about to rise a bit after the events of the last few nights!

Thanks for your comments.

You are quite right, you can extend the amount of time it takes a fire to burn the wallet by simply placing in a draw (a metal cabinet is even better).

It currently withstands a fire by approx. 40 mins (national extinguish average time was less than 10 mins)

I found your site via Google and decided against getting a fireproof box as well.

Do you recommend the use of a box with your wallets? I don't want a safe, something portable is what I'm after.

I picked up a Noisekiller Kit at the Stoneleigh show and fitted it within an hour. Been driving around this week and done about 400 miles and I am very impressed. It has made a big difference to the sound levels. Would recommend it to anyone.

I've been using my Clutch Claw on my Series 3 rag top Land Rover for several months now as locking it is a waste of time. The Claw is very easy to use when it's set-up, which means I do use it (even when feeling lazy!). I like the LED light which draws attention to it at night-time acting as a good deterrent and it is not too bulky for storing when not in use. All in all a very well thought out product that does exactly what I need it to.
